These names are the roster for our Science Olympiad Team. We understand
that we are allowed only twenty-five (25) team members, with no more
than twelve (12) sixth graders.
Therefore, we will bring no more than 25 students with us on
Olympiad Day.
We agree that we may be disqualified and denied all medals and trophies
if more than twelve (12) sixth graders are on our core team, but we can
participate in the events. We understand that this form must be turned
in no later than the end of the meeting when team tee shirts are picked
up or there is a penalty.
We also understand that it is our responsibility to provide either
judges for specific events that we sponsor or additional volunteers who
may be assigned to assist judges. These volunteers are expected
to remain with the event from 8:30 a.m. through clean-up.
